How to ship DNA inclusions
All inclusions for DNA jewellery keepsake purchases are shipped through the mail.

NEVER SEND ANY INCLUSION THAT YOU CANNOT REPLACE. IE: DO NOT SEND ME ALL OF WHAT YOU HAVE - ALWAYS KEEP SOME BACK.
In the event your inclusion/s go 'missing' whilst in postal transit, by keeping some back it means you have spare to resend.
ALWAYS SEND INCLUSIONS WITH TRACKING, AND PREFERABLY VIA EXPRESS POST WITH SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.
BREASTMILK.
For one 'batch' of breastmilk I need a minimum of 5ml EBM .... but in case of leakage whilst in transit, I request you send in 10 to 15ml. Simply pop THAWED liquid EBM into a clean ziplock bag and before closing, squeeze out any excess air. Then pop this bag into another ziplok, again squeezing out the excess air. Finally, put this double bagged EBM into a 3rd ziplok bag, squeeze out the excess air and wrap in a couple sheets of absorbent paper towel before popping into a padded parcel bag. Alternatively, if you have a small plastic jar with a screw top lid, you can post your EBM in that - making sure you put tape around the lid seal first and then popping the jar into a ziplok bag.
ALWAYS LABEL EACH INCLUSION LOT WITH YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS AND ORDER NUMBER.
ASHES.
Knowing it may be hard for you emotionally to seperate your Loved Ones ashes and post in for crafting, please be comforted in the fact that I treat them with the utmost respect and care once they are in my possession. Due to the sensitive nature of posting cremation ashes, I HIGHLY recommend you send them via Express Post with Signature on Delivery - so we both can track the whereabouts of the parcel in transit.
I need only a good teaspoonful of ashes, of which I carefully choose and use the best granules from, and return every speck leftover.
Please post your ashes in a screwtop metal or plastic jar .... craft stores sell little containers that are perfect for this. Tape the seal of the lid once screwed on, pop into and envelope of ziplock bag and LABEL CLEARLY with your full name, address and Order number.
ENCAPSULATED PLACENTA GRAINS.
Due to OH&S, the only way for me to accept your placenta for crafting purposes is if it is already encapsulated. Please do your due diligence and research reputable encapsulators who have had proper training in this field. For crafting, I only need 1 capsule sent. Any left over is returned along with your completed Order. To post, please pop this 1 capsule into an envelope, then place in a ziplock bag. CLEARLY LABEL WITH YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND ORDER NUMBER, then place into a padded parcel bag.
HAIR.
Bearing in mind the disclaimer above - if for whatever reason you don't have much hair to send, please know that even a few strands can be used in your chosen piece. Ideally though, especially for beads, the amount preferred is approx. half a ml thick and about 3 to 4 cm in length. If you have more to spare, then that is great too ..... and whatever isn't used is returned with your completed piece.
Hair needs to be CLEAN and dry, and popped into a small envelope before putting into a ziplock bag and padded parcel bag. CLEARLY LABEL with your name, address and Order number ( and if sending more than one sample from differing individuals - please also label individual samples clearly with their respective names. )
PLEASE DO NOT TAPE HAIR DOWN WITH STICKY TAPE. It needs to remain loose.
** Please note: grey and white hair are not always visible in the end piece. Every sample of hair behaves in its own way when immersed in resin, which is ultimately out of our control. Careful background colour choice is advised, and no guarantees can be given.
CORD STUMP.
Due to OH&S, the only way for me to accept your cord stump for crafting purposes is if it is completely dried. For crafting, it will be ground down to a coarse powder, and a little does go a long way. A small piece snipped / broken off is sufficient - and to post, pop this piece into a small envelope and then fold it over a few times so it can't fall out the sides, then put envelope into a ziplock bag and CLEARLY LABEL WITH YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND ORDER NUMBER before placing into a padded parcel bag.
